The SeamZero, waterproof seamless construction combined with the lightweight, breathable and waterproof Pertex Endurance fabric give you the best option for maximum insulation protection. The insulating material is Primaloft, a synthetic that is also a good choice if you are worried about getting your bag wet. These bags are made to be used on their own, but the waterproof technology makes them a great over bag or light bivy.
